Unwrapper in PL/SQL anon block

I've done a rework of Niels Teusink's unwrap.py as a PL/SQL anonymous block, using Anton Scheffer's zlib decompression.

The only benefit over the Python unwrapper, or the one in Anton's other post, is that you don't need to install anything else.

Not sure if it is worth posting or falls into the 'been there, done that' category. If anyone wants it, they can email me through sydoracle.com

PS. Like all the others, it doesn't handle 9i-era wrapping
