We are looking to perform a security assessment of Oracle Financials v11. Has anybody some good starter documentation or tips on how best to approach this.

For information on Oracle Applications 11i security, you probably want to check out the security resources section at Integrigy.  There are multiple whitepapers and guides discussing the different security and auditing aspects of Oracle Applications.
