Hi
Trying to write an analog of JDBC driver.
Documentation on the subject is not able to find many, can you recommend something

P.S I do not want to use the OCI or JDBC as for the simplest of tasks it is not advisable

You'll have to use OCI or JDBC. You don't get any lower level than OCI. JDBC is pretty much a layer on top of OCI.
