Title: Converting .SQL to .PLB and back - NEED HELP

Hi all,

How do I convert a PL/SQL script to a binary file and vice versa?

Hi all,

Just found out that all that's involved is running the wrap command to convert it to a .plb file.

Unfortunately, also found out that simply running the UNIX strings command, that reveals the code of the PL/SQL script in plain text?

Is there anyway around this to completely make the .plb file a non-readble format?

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

See my post in the Oracle security tools board as you are trying to wrap a SQL*Plus script; this is not possible.

cheers

Pete
