When you purchase a license or renew a license for one of our software products you also get free major and minor upgrades whilst your license is valid. Support also allows you to ask questions about the use, configuration or setup of our software or to raise an issue if you find a problem. Our EULA's state that we will respond within 48 business hours BUT in general we will respond often within one hour and strive to help you resolve your issue or answer your question as soon as possible.
