If you mean to try and connect as that user the there is a simple perl script called "[url]Oracle Password Brute Forcer (Perl)[/url]" listed on my tools page scroll down or search for the name above in the tools page. If you mean off-line brute forcing then use orabf - again there is a link on my tools page.
PS: I moved this to the Oracle security tools board as it makes more sense there.
