I posted the other evening an entry titled "A new Oracle security checklist paper from Oracle" about a new paper from Oracle but I reported that the link on OTN did not work properly the evening I posted. Thanks to Duncan for letting me know that Oracle has fixed the link. The paper titled "Oracle database security checklist" has now been fixed.
