I just spotted Eric Maurice's post on blogs dot oracle dot com titled "The Security Vulnerability Disclosure Debate (Part 1)". He is a security manager in Oracle's global technology business unit. His post is discussion of the issue of disclosure and patch release. This swings between non-disclosure and full disclosure. Not a bad post.
