I saw an interesting post on the Life after coffee blog about Oracle passwords in a post titled http://www.lifeaftercoffee.com/2005/11/07/what-are-the-default-restrictions-on-oracle-passwords/ - (broken link) What Are the Default Restrictions on Oracle Passwords?.
